A Chocolate Chip Lego Cake For The Birthday Boy

Cookies & Milk For Jessica

My daughter Margo and her best friend Liz threw an adorable baby shower for
one if their good friends Jessica. 
Everyone is so very excited that she is having a little girl.

What a cute idea these girls have come up with for her shower.

Cookies & Milk theme.  Just adorable.  Three flavors of milk all in old fashion
glass milk jugs.  With a menu of chocolate chip cookie cupcakes,cookie dough

dip with animal crackers, fruit and of course a strawberry cake for Jessica.
This seems to be her favorite cake that I make right now.  A new recipe I have

created.  Even my daughter said this is her new favorite.

For the party favors they had me make old fashion sugar cookies shaped
like a milk jug.  They turned out so cute.

With every milk jug was a chocolate chip cookie all tied up with a pink
ribbon and a tag reading "Thank You For Making My Shower So Sweet"

These girls did an amazing job!!!!!!
Congratulations to Jessica, Chris and Landon.  Reagan will be here soon!

Today Everett turns one.  His very special day is being celebrated with family and friends.
The Very Hungry Caterpillar is going to be his guest.  I hope he doesn't eat all his cake.

Look Whoooooo Is One

My precious little grandson Braxton Cole is celebrating his first big
birthday.  Today he is One!  So hard to believe that a year ago we
were just meeting him for the first time.

Today it is all about you little man.  I have created the perfect cake
for you.  Three of them to be exact!!!

With an owl theme all planned out you will be getting the biggest
Owl cake I can possibly build.  Complete with a Smash Cake to dig into.

This had to be my biggest cake challenge yet but was well worth it
for my little man.  Nothing but the best for him.  12 hrs later this is
my creation for you.  I figure you will either love it or be afraid of it.

Last Night Out For Summer

Summer is getting married at the end of May.
Her besties are getting together for a big party!

They are on a houseboat to celebrate her last night

out as a single girl. 
I know you will enjoy lots of good food and drinks.

Cliff's Par Tee

This cake is a last minute request for a friends husband.
His birthday was the next day and she sent a frantic request.
She is a dear friend so I have to make it for her....

A Golf theme was her only request.  So in a flash this was
my creation for him.

A chocolate almond cake with almond flavored buttercream.
All decorations are made from my homemade fondant.
Except for the golf tees of course.

Ayden Loves Club Penguins

A lady from my sisters office sent me an email after viewing my Blog. 
She liked my cakes and thought they were very creative.  Of course
I was thrilled to hear her comments.  She continued her conversation
by telling me she had a son Ayden who was going to be turning 7.
He has a Disney video game that he just loves.  It is Club Penguins.

Well I am kinda out of that loop since I have a granddaughter who is
into everything Princess.  But she was kind enough to send me some
pictures and asked if I could do anything with these little charecters.

Of course I had to try.  So after much thought this is my idea of
what I think a Penguin Club should look like.
